A gelatin peel-off mask is one of the best-known remedies to get rid of facial hair. But, it may get a little messy and smelly. The smell though can be suppressed by adding a few drops of lemon juice and essential oil. Not getting messy, well it's all in your hands.
Eggs, as we all know, are packed with protein essential for a beautiful skin. But, what they do even better is, provide nutrients to the skin to produce more collagen. The egg whites when used in such a mask it sticks beautifully and dries out easily. When ripped off, it plucks the hair without the ruthless efficiency of the traditional wax.
Begin by dropping the white of one egg into a bowl.
To it add a tbsp. of sugar and 1/2
tbsp. of corn flour.
Beat the mixture well, until the paste becomes completely smooth.
Apply this paste onto your face and allow and let it sit until it dries out.
Once it does, literally grab and rip it off to pluck the hair along with it. Though, be careful not to hurt or damage your skin as you do it.
3. Papaya And Turmeric Mask
Papaya is well known for containing an enzyme called papain, which breaks down the hair follicles. This inhibits the hair growth just like the Hair Removal Cream By Dermology does. Whereas adding turmeric to the mask makes it more effective to kill off the hairs.
Using your fingers or a fork, mash the pieces of papaya in a bowl and add turmeric to it.
Make sure you end up with a thick consistent paste.
Now just apply it on your and gently massage your skin.
This will ensure the paste gets absorbed into the hair and skin.
Let it sit for 15 minutes and then wash off with warm water.
For better benefits repeat this process every two weeks.
4. Basil Onion Paste
Basil onion paste is a unique natural and an effective way to get rid of the facial hair. All it requires is a little bit of extra work of removing the thin membranes from between the layers of an onion. Doing this after a while you'll realize is completely worth it.
INGRIDENTS:
2 onions
10-to-12 fresh basil leaves
REMEDY:
Start by slicing two onions in half.
Using a knife, remove the thin membrane from between the layers to be used.
Once this step is done, add 10-to-12 fresh basil leaves to it.
Now use a pestle and mortar to crush them and to form a smooth paste.
Apply it and let it sit up to 20 minutes.
In case it's left for too long the skin will begin to feel like it's burning. Avoid it.
Use lukewarm water to wash off the paste.
5. Lemon Juice And Honey
Lemon juice and honey antibacterial and an anti-inflammatory mask is a classic one. Being sticky in nature, they easily help to remove even the finest hair from the face. Lemon works as the perfect cleansing and exfoliating agent. Whereas honey helps in soften the hair due to its hydrating and moisturizing properties.
INGRIDENTS:
1 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp. of honey
REMEDY:
All you need to do is mix these two ingredients well and apply it on the face.
Leave it on for 15-to-20 minutes like any other mask.
Then gently remove it with a washcloth soaked in lukewarm water.
To get rid of facial hair completely, do this at least twice a week for few months.
The results may not be as instant as you might have experienced with
Hair Removal Cream By Dermology or others. But, they are certainly worth investing your time in. When you'll begin to see the results, you might not ever want to try anything else.
