NowLoss.com Shipping Policy

· All DVDs are shipped out FREE OF CHARGE within 45 minutes of your order being processed.

· DVDs are shipped via USPS.

· Allow 5 to 10 business days (not including holidays & weekends) to receive your DVDs.

· International orders (outside USA) shipping times will vary based on location. Some international countries may charge fees (customs, tariffs, etc.) that NowLoss.com is not responsible for.

· Tracking information is only provided at your request.

· DVDs damaged or lost during shipping will be replaced by NowLoss.com at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are conditionally given if the APP was not used within 30 days of purchase.

• No refunds if you logged in and used at least 25% of the APP.

• Refunds are issued immediately upon request. The time it takes for the funds to show in your account is based on your issuing bank.

• Your APP access will be terminated. The DVDs do not have to be returned.
