If you're looking better even though the scale says you weigh the same or more… Then you're gaining muscle and burning fat.
2. Smaller waist
If your waist is smaller but you haven't lost any weight… then you're burning fat and gaining muscle.
3. People tell you
If you have not lost any weight but people say you look thinner… then it's obvious you've replaced the fat with sexier muscle that takes up less space.
4. Do the math
If you're body fat percentage is lower even though the scale says you haven't lost any weight… Then you're gaining muscle and burning fat. → Check your body fat percentage
5. You look the same
If you've been eating the right amount of calories and/or working out for 2-to-4 weeks but you haven't lost any weight,
