I'll be proud of myself for at least trying to lose weight.
I'll see I've lost 2+ pounds by the end of the week.
People will begin to ask me if I've been losing
weight.
I'll be physically attractive to any man or woman.
I'll be confident in myself and feel like I can do
anything.
I'll motivate other people to lose weight like I did.
