Cut on your favorite TV show and place a small object like a pen,
pencil, or soda top under your belly somewhere 3 inches above or below
your belly button and…
Every time a commercial comes on during your favorite TV show I
want you to draw in your belly until it's not touching the object you
placed under your belly and hold it there until the commercial goes
off.
DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH!
Once the commercial goes off… Rest during the next commercial
and draw in your belly button again (until you're not touching the object)
during the next commercial and…
Repeat this ON & OFF process of drawing and holding your belly in
until all the commercials goes off and your TV show comes back on.
Get bigger objects (as this TVA exercise gets easier) to make it
so you have to draw in your belly even more. Try things like soda bottles,
or big magic markers or anything you can think of to make this TVA exercise
more challenging for you.
Do this while laying down watching TV for an hour and after you stand
up you'll be amazed at how much flatter your belly is but to truly get a flat belly…
